Time For Everything

“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that
which is planted; A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down,
and a time to build up; A time to weep, and a time to laugh;
a time to mourn, and a time to dance;”

The Ten Commandments

The 10 Commandments Exodus 20:2-17

2 I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery;
3 you shall have no other gods before me.
4 You shall not make for yourself an idol, whether in the form of anything that is in heaven above, or that is on the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.
5 You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, punishing children for the iniquity of parents, to the third and the fourth generation of those who reject me,
6 but showing steadfast love to the thousandth generation of those who love me and keep my commandments.
7 You shall not make wrongful use of the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not acquit anyone who misuses his name.
8 Remember the Sabbath day, and keep it holy.
9 For six days you shall labour and do all your work.
10 But the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God; you shall not do any work—you, your son or your daughter, your male or female slave, your livestock, or the alien resident in your towns.
11 For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but rested the seventh day; therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and consecrated it.
12 Honour your father and your mother, so that your days may be long in the land that the Lord your God is giving you.
13 You shall not murder.
14 You shall not commit adultery.
15 You shall not steal.
16 You shall not bear false witness against your neighbour.
17 You shall not covet your neighbour’s house; you shall not covet your neighbour’s wife, or male or female slave, or ox, or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbour.

Arrival Of A King

~~ The Arrival Of A King~~

Behold He comes
Hear the distant drums
The king will arrive

To take all sins away
O glad and glorious day
The arrival of the king

King of Judea
Away with Buddha
Behold the Lamb of God

Revealed to Israel
The sacrificial Lamb
The arrival of the king

Prepare the way
For that great day
He’s coming again

Christians shall see
In great glee
The king will rule and reign

Make His paths straight
Oh do not wait
The King is coming again

8 And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.
9 And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.
10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.
11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. –Luke 2: 8-11

Spirit Of God Gives Life

The spirit shall return unto God who gave it. Ecc. 12:7
The LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. Gen. 2:7

There is a spirit in man; and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding. Job 32:8
The first man Adam was made a living soul. I Cor. 15:45

The spirit of man that goeth upward. Ecc. 3:21
Whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord. We are confident…. and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord. II Cor. 5:6, 8

With Christ; which is far better. Phil. 1:23
I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. I Thess. 4:13, 14

I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. John 14:2, 3

Faith Without Works

As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also. James 2:26

Not every one that saith…. Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Matt. 7:21

Holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord. Heb. 12:14

Add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; and to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; and to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall. II Pet. 1:5-10

By grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast. Eph. 2:8, 9

Him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. John 6:37

It shall come to pass, when he crieth unto me, that I will hear; for I am gracious. Exo. 22:27

I will remember my covenant with thee in the days of thy youth, and I will establish unto thee an everlasting covenant. Ezek. 16:60
Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. Isa. 1:18

Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. Isa. 55:7

Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom. And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise. Luke 23:42, 43
A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not quench. Isa. 42:3

God Delivers

The children of Israel pitched before them like two little flocks of kids; but the Syrians filled the country. I Kings 20:27

Thus saith the LORD, because the Syrians have said, the LORD is God of the hills, but he is not God of the valleys; therefore will I deliver all this great multitude into thine hand, and ye shall know that I am the LORD. And they pitched one over against the other seven days; and so it was, that in the seventh day the battle was joined: and the children of Israel slew of the Syrians an hundred thousand footmen in one day. I Kings 20:28, 29

Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. I John 4:4

Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not, dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. Isa. 41:10

They shall fight against thee; but they shall not prevail against thee; for I am with thee, saith the LORD, to deliver thee, Jer. 1:19

Ivory Palace

“All Your robes are fragrant with myrrh and aloes and cassia; from palaces adorned with ivory the music of the strings makes You glad.” Psalm 45:8

Did you ever stop and think, why Christ would want to leave His great glory in Heaven?
Leave all the riches of and fragrances of that land so fair.
Why He would come down to this sinful world of mortal man?
I’ll tell you why. Because of His great love for you and me.

He came from being clothed, in regal splendor to exchange for simple stable attire.
Down from the Ivory palaces so prominent and striking.
Down to this sinful earth, because of His great love for you and me.
Could it be that the Redeemer, the Messiah, is made happy
Happy by the affection and the companionship of the redeemed, his people.

On earth He was tempted, tried and tried, just as we are
Proving to us, that we too can live a holy life here below.
Someday soon He will come down once again, from the Ivory Palaces
And gather all his children, to come and live with him forever more
Oh what sweet rejoicing it will be there at the Ivory Palaces

Speak To The Mountain

For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain,
Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart,
but shall believe that those things which he says shall come to pass;
he shall have whatsoever he says – Mark 11:23

Many believers will pray to God for Him to move their mountains.
God will never do what he has commanded you to do. We must obey His Word.
You pray to God to receive what Jesus has made available to you – Mark 11:24
It is your responsibility to speak to the mountain in your life.

“Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray,
believe that you receive them, and you will have them. -Mark 11:24
Prayer is how you receive our blessings from God
The Bible says: You have not because you ask not.

Speak to the mountain; speak to the mountain in Jesus Name.
Do not doubt, but believe. A believer can do wonderful things in His Name.
Jesus says, “if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain,
move from here to there, and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you” -Matt. 17:20
Jesus didn’t tell us to pray to God about our mountain.
He said for us to speak to the mountain; speak to the mountain in Jesus Name.

Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him. For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust. Psa. 103:13, 14
