God In All Our Ways

In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:6

David told his son  Solomon, know the God of your father, and serve Him with a whole heart and a willing mind; for the LORD searches all hearts, and understands every intent of the thoughts. If you seek Him, He will let you find Him; but if you forsake Him, He will reject you forever.
“I have aroused him in righteousness And I will make all his ways smooth; He will build My city and will let My exiles go free, Without any payment or reward,” says the LORD of hosts.
I know, O LORD, that a man’s way is not in himself, Nor is it in a man who walks to direct his steps.
In our daily life we need be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

God Commands Us

God Commands Us To Help the Poor

HELP THE POOR AND NEEDY

He who has pity on the poor,
Lends to the LORD.
God will pay back what he has given.
Proverbs 19;17

Then the righteous will ask Christ,
“Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you? Or thirsty and give you something to drink?
When did we see you a stranger and invite you in? Or needing clothes and clothe you?
When did we see you sick or in prison,
And go to visit you?”

King Jesus will reply,
Whatever you did for one of the least of these,
You did for me.”
  Mt 25.37-40

FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS

–and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?

 Esther 4: 14

Queen Esther was in a difficult situation.  Mordecai, her cousin who had raised her, suggested  that  she should plead with the King for her people’s lives  The evil Haman was about to have the Jews destroyed because Mordecai refused to bow down to him.  To go before the king without invitation was dangerous, even for the queen.

She was aware that her position in the palace would not keep her from being killed along with all the other Jews.  Mordecai, informed her that if she remained silent, someone else would be sent to save the Jews.  Then he suggested that she may have been placed in her royal position in order to save her people.

Esther asked Mordecai to gather the people to fast and pray for three days and nights,  while she and her maids did the same within the palace.  She was then ready to face the King to the extent of losing her very life.  And in one of the most thrilling events in history, Esther’ obedience saved her people.

Sometimes difficult situations in our lives could be an openings to carry out a particular mission for God?  What an opportunity to serve Him, to be a valuable tool in His hands!  Our part is to be available, to be ready for  His leading, and  to be responsive to Him when he calls us for- – SUCH A TIME AS THIS

Prayer “Father, give me the courage to take whatever steps are necessary in order to obey your will, wherever I may be.”

Happiness Of The Godly

Blessed is the man who doesn’t walk in the counsel of the wicked,
nor stand in the way of sinners,
nor sit in the seat of scoffers;

but his delight is in God’s law.
On his law he meditates day and night.

He will be like a tree planted by the streams of water,
that brings forth its fruit in its season,
whose leaf also does not wither.
Whatever he does shall prosper.

Psalm 1: 1-3

The godly man finds continuous pleasure in reflecting on God’s  Word. It becomes a habit done regularly and is a delight and not tedious. When you find yourself in a restless time of life, or when sleep does not come, try meditating on God’s Word. There is no better way to fill the long hours.

The Ungodly Finds No Happiness

The wicked are not so,
but are like the chaff which the wind drives away.

Therefore the wicked shall not stand in the judgment,
nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

For God knows the way of the righteous,
but the way of the wicked shall perish.

-Psalm 1: 4-6

He is constantly looking on their way. It may be often in the mist of darkness, yet the Lord knows it. If it be in the clouds and tempest of affliction, he understands it. He numbers the hairs of our head; he will not suffer any evil to befall us. “He knows the way that I take: when He has tried me, I shall come forth as gold.” (Job 23:10.) “But the way of the ungodly shall perish.” All the sinful ways must come to an end. May the Lord cleanse our heart, that we may escape the doom of the ungodly, and enjoy the blessedness of the righteous!

Encouragement

But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called Today, so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness.-Hebrews 3:13 NIV

Encouragment is something we all need each day. Why not try to give words of encouragment today. What a blessed enviroment it would be if everyone spoke gentle and peaceful words.God is watching our life each day. Only what’s done for Him will last. Encouragment someone today.

Ephesians 4:22 that, in reference to your former manner of life, you lay aside the old self, which is being corrupted in accordance with the lusts of deceit,

GOD’S PLAN OF SALVATION

” Are you Lost “
Do you know JESUS?

If not I would like to tell you how to have a personal relationship with him. The Bible says….
Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be Saved
Romans 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made salvation.
Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Romans 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

The Inspiring Word

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. – Timothy 3: 16,17

The Words of God were inspired from God to man. The Spirit of God not only once inspired those who wrote it, but continually inspires,  us and helps our understanding of it when we read it prayerfully. It is to help us in instructions on living a holy life and for those that are in error or sin. There are instructions for training the children of God in all righteousness. God said we are blessed when our delight is in the law of the LORD, and when in his law we meditate day and night. -Psalm 1:2

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. -Hebrews 4:12

But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. -James 1:22

This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. -Joshua 1:8

Keep Busy

Find something constructive to do. Idleness is the devil’s workshop, and if you don’t want to do business with him, stay out of his shop.

Be careful about what you feed your mind. You cannot keep a pure mind if you feed it on all the filth that is printed and shown today.

Don’t neglect your Bible. A note in D. L. Moody’s Bible reads, “This Book will keep you from sin or sin will keep you from this Book.”

THE SPIRIT of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed and qualified me to preach the Gospel of good tidings to the meek, the poor, and afflicted; He has sent me to bind up and heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the [physical and spiritual] captives and the opening of the prison and of the eyes to those who are bound.-Isaiah 61:1 (AMP)

Come Boldly

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. -Hebrews 4:16
At the throne of grace we will find unmerited favor.  Let us therefore come boldly – Without any doubt or fear. Unto the throne of God, our reconciled Father, even his throne of grace. Ther is  Grace  for every need. Grace in the Lord’s perfect love for all the race

Hebrews 3:6 but Christ was faithful as a Son over His house– whose house we are, if we hold fast our confidence and the boast of our hope firm until the end.

Hebrews 7:19 (for the Law made nothing perfect), and on the other hand there is a bringing in of a better hope, through which we draw near to God.
