A Blessed Marriage

And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there: And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage.  -John 2: 1,2

There was a marriage, and Jesus was called. It is very desirable, when there is a marriage, to have Jesus Christ present at it. Our marriage is blessed when we have his spiritual gracious presence. To have the marriage owned and blessed by him: the marriage is then honourable indeed; and they that marry in the Lord (1Co. 7:39) do not marry without him.

We can invite Christ into our marriage by prayer; that is the messenger that must be sent to heaven for him; and he will come: Thou shalt call, and I will answer. And he will turn the water into wine.

Living Waters

A fountain of gardens, a well of living waters, and streams from Lebanon. -Song of Sol. 4:15

I enjoy thinking about the beautiful garden of God. Some day if we live according to the Bible, it can be a reality in our lives. This garden must be tremendously beautiful according to the Bible. It is a garden of choice fruit and pleasures. Living waters will be flowing in the light of the evening from the throne of God. The Lord will be the king over all the earth. No more destruction and Jerusalem is safely inhabited. Abundant life and continuous blessings will flow from the river of life that gives eternal life. The trees will bear fruit in abundance and provide healing for the nations.

During the millennium everyone will know perfect health. The gardens will be full of pleasures yielding fruit every month. No more curse and the leaves will not be consumed. Whosever drinks of the water shall never thirst again, but it shall be a well of water springing up into everlasting life. John 4: 10-15 - Ezekiel 48 It’s going to be wonderful!

Sweet Meditation

“My meditation of him shall be sweet.”—Psalm 104:34.

What can be more desirous than meditating on the great Creator. His love is from everlasting. He never changes and He desires only the best for His children.

God’s glory is everlasting: We have perfect joy and peace and His pleasures are forever more. He holds the world in the palm of His mighty hand, and there is nothing that He cannot do. His grace reaches to the hurting, lost and dying. He is absolutely wonderful! Our love and glory may fade but God’s love is always sweet, therefore, I have sweet meditation of my Lord.

Psalm 9:2 I will be glad and exult in You; I will sing praise to Your name, O Most High.
Psalm 19:14 Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in Your sight, O LORD, my rock and my Redeemer

God’s Telephone Number

.

God’s phone number is 333
(Jeremiah 33:3 “Call and I will Answer”)

Call Him today. He is longing to hear from you!

God is Love .. No judging
God is Love ..No resentment
God is Love .. All patience
God is Love ..All power
God is Love ..All supply
God is Love and Love is God.

Let’s give our all to Jesus, who gave His all for us.

.

God of Comfort

-

Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;
Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.
2 Cor.1:3 -4

.

Forgiveness

…..

Jesus tells us to forgive one another if we want to be forgiven.

Matthew 6:14
14 For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you,
Matthew 7:2
2 For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you.
Mark 11:25–26
25 And whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father also who is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.”

We are so happy when we obey God’s word and choose to forgive

Called to Holiness

But as he which has called you is holy, so be you holy in all manner of conversation. 1 Peter 1:15

Let us cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

God has not called us for the purpose of impurity, but to live a life of sanctification.

If any is wise and understanding let him show it by his good behavior. His good deeds will be in gentleness of wisdom.

Everyone who has this hope fixed on Him purifies himself, just as He is pure. 1 John 3:3

Faith

Turn to Jesus, acknowledging your weak faith and asking Him to help you — “Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief” (Mark 9:24).

All faith comes from Him and all faith is made complete in Him; He gives faith its finishing touches — “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith” (Hebrews 12:2).

Tune your ears and heart to God’s Word. Discipline yourself to read and meditate on the Scriptures. Ask God to give you an appetite for His truth. You see, exposure and attentiveness to the Word of God causes faith to develop and mature. “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God” (Romans 10:17).

Hearts Delight

Delight thyself also in the LORD: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Psalm 37:4

heart-lov
He said it and I believe it. I will delight myself in him, not only for things he gives, but because I love him and he loves me. He knows the deepest feeling of my heart and longs to delight me by giving good things.  He shall give.
Shall not God search this out? for he knoweth the secrets of the heart. Psalm 44: 21

Jesus died for you and is waiting for you to give your heart to Him. Invite Him into your heart today by faith. He will be your Lord and Saviour. If you believe in your heart and confess with your mouth, you will be “saved”. You are now a part of the family of God. Let us know if you prayed this prayer and we will rejoice with you.

Three Keys to Happiness

Our journey on earth is short compared to eternity.  I like to think of God as being my guide. Life is a daily struggle without God.  I have learned to let Him control my life.  Then I have peace with God our Father

~Three Keys to Happiness~

Someone has cited these three keys to happiness:

1. Fret not—He loves you (John 13:1)

2. Faint not—He holds you (Psalm 139:10)

3. Fear not—He keeps you (Psalm 121:5)

 Quotes

When the door of happiness closes, another opens, but often times we look so long at the closed door that we don’t see the one which has been opened for us.

The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch and swing with, never say a word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you’ve every had.

It’s true that we don’t know what we’ve got until we lose it, but it’s also true that we don’t know what we’ve been missing until it arrives. Giving someone all your love is never an assurance that they’ll love you back!
