We can be full of joy, even in times of stress. This may seem impossible, but a child of God has the greatest helper, called the Holy Spirit to lead and guide them. James advised us to be joyful during our low times of life. God understands everything we go thurough and will be there to guide us in our trials
1:1 James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting.
1:2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
1:3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
1:4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. -James 1:2-4
Everyone in life faces times of stress. It is possible to be full of joy during our trials and troubles of life. We`do not always have control of our circumstances, but the Holy Spirit will guide us all the way trhough. God will provide the grace we need for each trial. What better souce of strength do we have other than God our Heavenly Father.

Somewhere Down The Road
So much pain and no good reason why, You’ve cried until the tears run dry
And nothing else can make you understand, The one thing that you held so dear
Is slipping from your hand, And you say, Why, why, why, Does it go this way
Why, why, why, And all I can say
Somewhere down the road, There’ll be answers to the questions, Somewhere down the road
Tho’ we cannot see it now, And somewhere down the road
You will find mighty arms reaching for you, And they will hold the answers at the end of the road
Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.
Bible Verse
